Technical project management subdivision, in this subdivision what our consult do is to constantly updating our clients with the front line technologies in managing their projects. The technical complications involved in our services for our clients are always based on streamlining, decreasing production cost, increasing production efficiency, and productivity for the manufacturing side of a project. In our streamlining consultancy operations we move directly in to our client’s operations with top class consultant from various industries we strive to find every possible critical points for improvement in a project.
Non-technical project management subdivision, here we established our services as the supportive role for our technical background clients for them to better understand the business implications of their projects, of how their decisions can affect the business outcome of their projects. As an example in some cases our clients months in to their projects too far to turn back without avoiding heavy financial loses yet to continue could result in equal financial disasters. In these cases our clients with their technical backgrounds were “constrained” by their lack of understanding in the business side of their operations.
